Monocultivar Nocellara Messinese, clear, golden yellow with greenish highlights; medium intense fruitiness, with hints of grass, tomato, thistle and apple. The initial impact on the palate is sweet, then bitter and progressively spicy, well dosed. It has a vegetal taste of artichoke and in the retro-olfactory sensations almonds and a spicy hint can be detected.
