Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2017 750ml

The great finesse and structure, with a complex and velvety flavor, make this wine unique. Composed of the blend: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5%. The vinification takes place as follows: Drying of the grapes for 3 months in the "fruttaio"(the grapes' dry room), 15 days of vinification in wooden barrels. 3 years of aging in 35 Hl Slavonian oak barrels.
