Double leavening of more than 48 hours. Inside our dove you will find whole orange candied fruit, candied tangerine and cardamom essential oil. It is covered with a glaze enriched with almonds that, at the first bite, makes you feel a slight crunchiness followed by an incredible fluffiness.
