Andrea Larossa wanted to reinterpret this italian ancient recipe, finding a trait d’union with its origins divided between north and south of Italy. He Selected a rare and precious "blue cheese", whose sparkling notes are enhanced by sweetness of Sichuan pepper and rounded from the soft embrace of the White Milk Cream.
