This cider vinegar is produced exclusively from Italian organic apples and is not filtered. Due to the presence of the “mother”, the bacterial colony responsible for the acetous fermentation, the nutritional properties are fully maintained. It is characterised by the sweet and pungent notes of organic honey and ginger. Ideal for raw dressing and marinating.
