From the grape varieties of the Apulian Primitivo comes an intense and complex wine: ES by Gianfranco Fino, a sublime Primitivo di Manduria DOC. Its colour is intense ruby red, while its bouquet recalls myrtle, wild fruit, carob and cocoa. The taste is full-bodied and enveloping. Es has an alcohol content of 17% and is well suited for enhancing grilled or roasted red meats, seasoned first courses and aged cheeses.
