Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Doc Astucciato 2019

Grapes: Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti. Plant density: 3500 vines per hectare. Average age of vines: 20 years. Yield per hectare: 60 q of grapes. The vinification takes place in kegs, typical Tuscan barrels of varying capacity between 100/200 lt, and is triggered by the inoculation of the so-called "mother", that is, colonies of different yeasts deriving from previous vinifications.
