Its colour is intense red, while its bouquet recalls cherry and plum with floral notes plus hints of coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, persistent and harmonious. Its alcohol strength reaches 14.5%. It pairs marvellously with full-bodied mushroom dishes.
