Produced by artisans in Sicily using organic methods, it is ideal to dissolve in tea or infusions, to garnish cakes, on toast with a little vegetable butter or to create tasty nougat. Sulla honey tends to crystallise, a sign of its genuineness. It does not undergo any industrial processing.
