Gracefulness, gentleness and power are combined in this cuvée. The choice of base wines, from 30 vintage selections, is decisive. Cellaring lasts 4 years or more after harvesting. The juvenile light pink hues evolve into dusty colors with bottle-ageing and are surrounded by a shining white foam and pesistent pérlage. White peach aromas are followed by hints of wild strawberries and toasted bread.
