Tuna filets "Bonito del Norte", thoroughly cleaned and cut. In 1890 José Serrats founds the company in Bemeo, in Basque Country, with the desire to preserve for the longest time possible the delicious tastes and smells of the Bay of Biscay, first of all teh Bonito del Norte, the tuna with white and delicate flesh. Best before 5 years after manufacture date/production. Store in a cool dry place.
