How to use: LIP MASTER CRÉME NOISETTE 21: Use the pencil to line the lips, blending the color inwards. Then, apply LIP TOY lip balm to create full, glossy lips, LIP SIN glossy stains for a long-lasting glossy finish or LIP SIN matte stains for a more intense color. Excellent used alone or with all lip products in the MULAC Cosmetics range. LIP TOY GLAZED BISCUIT 09: Apply LIP TOY to hydrate lips and add a touch of colour. For even more subtle results simply pat on to apply. Can be used alone or after applying a Lip Master lip pencil. It can also be applied over matte lipstick or Velvet ink to hydrate lips throughout the day.
