From the union of two Abruzzese traditions comes The Amphorae of the Sant' Ilario Estate, handmade in ceramic in the prestigious town of Castelli. The "Zocc," which in our Abruzzese dialect indicates the olive grain from which it takes its characteristic shape. Inside it contains a delicate oil excellent for use on raw fish and salads.
