A mix for roasts, gratin dishes and fish based on Pizzuta di Avola almonds and Etna oregano to season your meat and fish dishes, or to flavour your Sicilian bruschetta or season your condiments. Excellent flavouring mix for grilled meat, salmorigano, focaccia.
