In our Viola 10th Anniversary, an unfiltered pale ale blonde beer, we selected 100% Italian hops in bloom and malts, that brings citrus aromas and sweet notes: on taste, a strong but not protagonist bitterness is balanced by a dry and round body, accompanied by a light floral touch and a fresh, resinous base.
