From the Rolle vineyards along the slopes, Glera is cultivated, which, together with Chardonnay and Bianchetta from neighbouring vines, gives life to this sparkling wine, straw yellow with a fruity bouquet and hints of flowers. Ideal for all kinds of celebrations. Ideal with dry desserts such as almond, hazelnut and chestnut cakes, or even ricotta or tart cakes.
