Madamarosé is a rosé that was conceived as such from the very beginning. The Tenuta Grande vineyard has a loamy soil structure that retains moisture and gives the vines a particular vigour. That vigour shifts the ripening process towards grapes with higher acidity, less structure and less warmth: grapes that are destined to become a rosé, not a red.
