Made from grapes grown on the northern slope of the volcano, between Castiglione di Sicilia and Randazzo. Aged in stainless steel, it fully expresses the volcanic terroir from which it originates: citrus fruits, sulphurous notes and hints of hydrocarbons that refine over time. A vertical, mineral white wine with a contemporary flavour.
