Akènta Rosé combines the excellence of Akènta with the taste of a unique grape variety: Cagnulari. The hand-picked bunches are briefly pressed together with the skins, followed by fermentation in an autoclave at low temperature and then aged for 2 months sur lie. In this way the yeasts enhance the fruity and spicy aromas and form a fine, persistent, delicate and extremely pleasant perlage.
