It undergoes a double proving process lasting more than 4 days, is made exclusively with live sourdough starter and is filled with sultanas. Inside, you can see the black specks of Bourbon vanilla. The texture is extremely soft, and the flavour is elegant yet distinct. It is a very rich panettone but extremely easy to digest thanks to the long proving process and the use of high-quality ingredients. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings or vegetable fats.
