Straw yellow color with golden highlights, mottled with a very fine and persistent perlage. The aromas unfold a broad, layered bouquet that ranges from voluptuous notes of candied citrus and ripe fruit to more intriguing notes of dried fruit and spice. On the palate it lies enveloping and vibrant at the same time, with incisive acidity and a savory streak.
