Designed for chocolate lovers, this panettone – made without raisins or candied fruit – combines three types of Valrhona chocolate (B Corp certified) with a large biscuit on top. The recipe, created by Andrea Poli, strikes a perfect balance between flavour and aroma whilst staying true to the tradition of this leavened cake, combining a commitment to the environment with the ultimate in indulgence.
