High-quality ingredients and a lengthy production process go into creating the leavened cake that, more than any other, embodies the authentic ‘Christmas flavour’. Raisins and candied orange are combined with a dough that is soft and melt-in-the-mouth, with a well-balanced flavour and a regular crumb structure, ensuring that it remains light and fluffy for longer.
