Classic Method Etna Doc sparkling wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, an indigenous vine of the Etna tradition. A sparkling wine with a long aging on the yeasts, at least 24 months, with a pale pink colour, almost onion skin, very pale. Delicate fragrances of red fruit and raspberries and a fine and persistent perlage.
