This Panettone in inspired by the traditional Neapolitan dessert, the "slogliatella di Santa Rosa", born in the Santa Rosa monastery located in Conca dei Marini. The sweet dough is enriched with the typical sfogliatella filling: cow's milk ricotta gems, semolina, candied orange and an intriguing Ceylon cinnamon aroma paired with a custard and candied sour cherry filling.
