The traditional recipe for Classic Panettone has its roots in the Milanese tradition, which is why BreraMilano1930 crafts this classic Christmas cake, paying homage to the tradition by using the ‘Milanese pound’ – that is, 1,120 grams. The basic dough, made from flour, butter, eggs, water and sourdough starter, is enriched with raisins and candied citrus fruits, in a production process where every stage is carefully attended to: from mixing to packaging. The box reflects the traditional style of Milanese patisseries, drawing inspiration from designs of the 1930s.
