Galup is the panettone born from the vision of Pietro Ferrua, known as Monsù Ferrua. In 1922, in Pinerolo, he reinterpreted the ancient Lombard tradition, creating the low panettone with hazelnut glaze: an innovation that became a new Piedmontese classic.
