Blend of Sicilian thyme orange lavender and mint 20g

Thyme grown at the foot of Mount Etna, with powdered Sicilian orange together to create signature gratins. Ideal on grilled vegetables in the oven, recommended on thinly sliced pumpkin and a sprinkling of the mix before putting it in the oven to cook. Also excellent for flavouring bread dough, risottos, creating a butter-flavoured base for tortellini or focaccia.
